Sino-German Research Workshop at Zhejiang University of Technology in Hangzhou

Both Chinese and German partners of URA's subproject "Urban-Rural Landscapes and Typologies (WP 4)" gathered at the Zhejiang University of Technology in Hangzhou City. The Sino-German meeting involved discussions around data availability, analytical methods appropriate for the available data sets, and the team’s current research findings regarding the transformation of water systems and settlement structures in Huangyan, particularly relating to issues of biodiversity protection, and flood and water quality control.
